"Professional and Friendly"

Simmons gave us the most for our money. Outbidding their competitor. Wade and his crew were at our home for two days for installation and to ensure everything inside and out was installed to our specifications. They were professional, friendly, and worked nonstop to provide our installation. We highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs.

As the east Texas temperatures soared into the high 90s, our AC unit stopped working! Since we had used Simmons Heating and Cooling during the February winter storm and were very pleased with their service, I gave them a call. What I didn't expect is that they would be at my house trying to solve the problem within a few hours. When it became apparent that the mainboard was defective and needed to be replaced, they began the search for the part. They found one in Dallas but would take several days to be delivered. However, due to the extreme August heat, Simmons told us they would send one of their employees to pick it up so our unit could be repaired as quickly as possible. Within a few short days of our unit not working, our house is cool and comfortable.
We have also chosen to sign up for their yearly maintenance service and feel confident that Simmons will be the company we call for any future heating or air conditioning needs.

I had my AC unit stop cooling on Thursday, called Simmons AC, and had a technician, Chris, come out Friday morning. Chris diagnosed the problem and recommended 3 solutions and a timeline for when each could be done. Chris is a professional, courteous, and very competent person. They were able to come out the same day & were professional, honest & gave me several options on how to repair the problem. "Highly Recommend"

If I could give Simmons Heating and Cooling more than 5 STARS, I would give them all of the STARS in the sky!!! Starting with my call late on a Saturday afternoon, my call was answered in such a polite manner with eagerness on the other end to provide quick service. Within five minutes, I received a call from the service technician, Chris. He arrived twenty minutes later and determined my AC problem. His explanation of why it quit working properly and what would need to be done to repair it was so thorough. Chris was so polite and displayed such integrity for both his service and customer satisfaction. It was such a pleasure doing business with Simmons. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this HVAC company!!!

Simmons installed a dehumidifier and a halo light for us in late 2020 - the experience was great! From the owners to the employees they are all a great group of people-friendly, professional, and on-time. They make you want to be friends with them too! Their follow-up on a couple of questions we have had since the installation has been exceptional as well - coming out to check on things and answer our questions just the same as when we were brand new customers.

"Very Grateful!"

We are so thankful to Paul and Chris and James for fixing our Lennox mini-split system and for the only ones that took the time to actually listen to us and fix the problems. This system has never worked correctly from the time it was installed by another company. The guys at Simmons were very nice and also very knowledgeable. We have had at least 5 or 6 other companies here and none of them could fix the unit. So far so good! Thank you guys so much we are very grateful!

"Very Professional"

Installed new AC/Heat Pump last April. Had a problem and they covered it all under warranty. Also had AC/Heat Pump installed by someone else cratered and they completely rebuilt that one. Very professional, answered all my questions (patiently), and had us up and running while they were getting parts to permanently fix both units. I highly recommend Simmons and all the folks that I have met working there.

"Very Reasonable"

During the recent polar vortex that hit Texas (that dropped temperatures to sub-zero) our heater stopped working. I called Simmons, and they arrived quickly, diagnosed the problem, made the necessary repairs, and at a very reasonable price. This company is great!
